Privacy policy
Last updated 13 October 2026
NIKUNJA SEVA PTY LTD (“NSPL”, “we”) runs nspl.live. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we keep it safe and how long we keep it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
| Who | What we collect |
|---|---|
| Customers asking for a quote | Name, phone, email, job location, job description, preferred date and time, and any photos you add. |
| People leaving a review | Name, suburb, rating and review. Phone or email only if you choose to give it (never shown publicly). |
| Job applicants | Name, phone, email, suburb, state, experience, availability, right to work and anything you tell us. |
| Business partners | Business name, ABN, business address, contact person, phone, email, and the job and customer details you send us. |
| Assemblers and staff | Contact details, bank details for payments, work records, and HR records needed to employ or engage you. |
To stop spam we also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of the internet address a form was sent from. We can't turn it back into the original address.
Why we use it
- To prepare quotes, book and carry out jobs, and contact you about them.
- To pass job details to the tradesperson doing the work. Before a job is awarded, assemblers only see the service, suburb, date, time, description and photos, not your name, phone or email.
- To consider job applications and manage our team.
- To pay assemblers and keep business records.
- To show approved reviews on our website (first name and last initial only).
We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Our website and data are hosted by Vercel Inc. and may be stored on servers outside Australia. The data is held in private storage that isn't publicly accessible, and all traffic uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Only NSPL staff can see it, and sensitive areas need extra passwords. For example, bank details can only be seen by our Administration, HR and Operations teams.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests and their photos: deleted 90 days after the quote is closed, declined or turned into a job (the job record itself is kept for business and tax records).
- Job applications: deleted 12 months after a decision, and in any case after 2 years.
- Hidden (unpublished) reviews: deleted after 12 months.
- Declined partner jobs: deleted after 12 months.
- Daily backups: kept for 14 days, then deleted.
- Job, payment and employment records: kept as long as Australian law requires (generally 5–7 years).
Cookies and storage on your device
We only use cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as keeping staff, assemblers and partners signed in. The site remembers your day/night display choice on your device. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we must keep it by law). Call us on +61 2 7245 4033 or write to us at 2/1 Garland Road, Cessnock NSW 2325. We'll reply within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
